Trooper store offers you a guarantee that if you're in anyway dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a refund on the product or products, refunds will only be issued for un-used items in there original packaging with the tags attached. Please let us know within 14 days after receipt of your order and ensure the return reaches us within 30 days
